James Howard Jackson is one among five people charged for his or her alleged involvement within the February 2021 capturing and theft.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Division is now investigating Jackson’s “inadvertent launch” from their custody after his scheduled courtroom look on Wednesday.
