Peloton Needs to Explore a Sale, Investor Says

Activist investor Blackwells Capital reiterated its push for Peloton Interactive Inc. to consider a sale, saying in a presentation that the corporate has made little progress underneath new CEO Barry McCarthy.

The investor mentioned Mr. McCarthy, who took over in February, has made no substantial modifications, and that the previous chief govt officer and his allies nonetheless maintain an excessive amount of management of the corporate, identified for its related exercise programs.
